Crew - Chuck Lorre
Chuck Lorre is an American writer and producer best known for sitcoms including Two and a Half Men, The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon.
After working as a writer on Roseanne, Lorre created a number of sitcoms in the 1990s, including Grace Under Fire, Cybill and Dharma & Greg.
After creating Two and a Half Men with Lee Aronsohn in 2003, which quickly became television’s most-watched sitcom, Lorre and Bill Prady created The Big Bang Theory in 2007. The show ran for twelve seasons, overtaking Men as television’s top-rated sitcom, and spawning the spin-off Young Sheldon.
Lorre’s more recent works include Disjointed and Leanne for Netflix, and B Positive and United States of Al for CBS. He also co-created Young Sheldon’s own spin-off, Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage.
His memoir, Sitcom, is set to be published in October 2026.
